East Horsley Neighbourhood Plan

Proposal for a neighbourhood plan for East Horsley

The Council designated the East Horsley Neighbourhood Area (Clandon and Horsley ward) on 8 September 2014.

East Horsley Parish Council has worked with the East Horsley community and other stakeholders to produce the East Horsley Neighbourhood Plan.

A neighbourhood plan is a document that contains planning policies for a single neighbourhood area. Adopted neighbourhood plans become part of the Development Plan for the borough and are used to determine planning applications within the neighbourhood area they cover, along with the Council's Local Plan and other considerations.

Consultation on the submitted East Horsley Neighbourhood Plan ran from 22 Aug 2017 to 2 Oct 2017.

Copies of the representations received can be found below under 'Summary of Results'. The comments were provided to an independent examiner who examined the plan in January 2018.
